My Starting goals are to:

Maintain a talented and diverse team of school leaders, teachers and staff who are committed to excellence for all children.

Foster a positive relationship and partnership with the Manchester Alderman in order to achieve mutually beneficial goals.

Ensure each child, regardless of ability level, receives a high quality education that is equitable and challenging.
Goal Details
Goal 1: Talented Leaders, Teachers and Staff
As a parent of three children in Manchester public schools I have a vested interest in our children’s success. Supporting teachers and students in the classroom, and providing more resources to the classroom is the key. No more excuses. We can do this!
We should expect excellence from our public schools, and focus on resources in the class room.
Manchester schools are something we should be proud of. Yet some of our students and schools are struggling. We need to address the achievement gap honestly and urgently. All our children deserve to reach their full potential. We need to provide them with the opportunity.
Goal 2: Positive relationship with Manchester Alderman
We need to have first-class schools. No excuses. Our city needs people who will get the job done! Where others have failed for so long, I will not. I will work side by side with the Manchester Alderman to insure a positive outcome for all.
Goal 3: Quality Education for all
By working together, (School Board, Manchester Alderman, teachers, parents and students) we will ensure all of our children will benefit from a higher quality of education regardless of abilty level
